Certified Enneagram Coach, Deanna of Mirabelle Creations
I founded Mirabelle Creations design studio after quitting my job as an attorney. I’ve always known that my life was meant for more than just overwhelm and lack of direction. In 2018, I learned about my unique personality, strengths, and passions using the Enneagram. That knowledge helped me to make small, but meaningful shifts in my life, purpose, and relationships.
And in the biggest surprise ever – the Enneagram changed my life. I became a certified Enneagram coach and grew my creative business to levels I had only dreamed about.
A few actions steps just for Type 5s:
1. Allow Yourself to Need Others
Type 5s value their independence and don’t allow themselves to ask others for help. Know that it’s okay to sometimes ask for help. You’ll be surprised how much others are willing to help you.
2. Connect with Your Feelings
Type 5s make decisions with their mind. They are typically logical and rational. But, don’t neglect your feelings or emotions when making decisions. Balancing logic and emotions can help you make the best decisions.
3. Get Out of Your Head
Type 5s also tend to overthink important decisions. Integrating movement, like taking a walk, can help you get out of your head and proceed with confidence.
