Hi. I’m Deanna Talwalkar
I’m a Kentucky artist, retired attorney, Enneagram certified educator and momma. I’m obsessed with adding joy and hope back into growth and relationships.
I haven’t always had a business and life filled with joy, though. In fact, for years I struggled to craft what I thought was the perfect life.
When I started my career as a lawyer I thought that going to law school and being a lawyer would lead to my dream job, but in truth, it left me exhausted and overwhelmed, and valuing my worth by the number of hours I worked. After my children started school, I started an online business but just couldn’t get it to take off. My marriage was okay, but just felt like it was missing something. My anxiety would spiral out of control, leaving me feeling overwhelmed and paralyzed.
It seemed like I always on the edge of creating better life. I wanted to change, but I just didn’t know where to start. I started lettering inspirational quotes, invested in a few online courses, tried to journal my feelings, but I still felt stuck.
Little did I know then that diving deeper into my personality and what makes me tick would lead me to the life I dreamed about. It helped skyrocket my business from around 5K instagram followers to over 100K in just a little over a year. It also helped me grow my business, without making me crazy. I believe that learning more about your own personality can help YOU achieve joy, hope and growth, too! That’s why I’ve created a business around the joy that the Enneagram has given to me!
Today you can find me cozied up with my pups, a cup of coffee and my iPad illustrating designs to help you better understand yourself and better love on your people.
