A little anxious, a lot cozy, and fully committed to romanticizing every crunchy leaf, chilly morning, and candlelit evening 🎃

Happy Monday, friends! Which little ghostie are you?
A little reminder that your Enneagram type has som A little reminder that your Enneagram type has some VERY specific ideas about what deserves your time@🎃

Some of us need to stop fixing things that aren’t broken. Some need to stop being everyone’s unpaid therapist. And some of us need to stop researching the perfect way to start something and JUST START. It’s okay to spend a little less time on the things that drain you and a little more on the things that make your life feel good 🧡

Swipe to find your type, then let me know if these are true for you 👀🍂

Don’t know your Enneagram type? Comment FIND and I’ll send you my free Enneagram test!
Too soon? I’ve already been organizing and plann Too soon?

I’ve already been organizing and planning my Christmas decor even though I haven't finished putting up all the Halloween decorations, yet 🤦🏻‍♀️ I just love this time of year so much!

When does Christmas officially start for you?
A llittle reminder for anyone who feels like they A llittle reminder for anyone who feels like they should be further along by now 👻🧡

You’ve never been this version of yourself before. You’re learning new things, letting go of old patterns, figuring out what matters to you, and hopefully becoming a little kinder to yourself along the way.

One of the biggest things I’m learning through The Art of the Good Life is that building a happier life doesn’t require you to be an entirely different person. It’s okay to enjoy the life you have while leaving room for yourself to grow. Comment “GOOD” below to learn more 🍁

You don’t have to wait until you’re healed, confident, successful, or have everything figured out to start enjoying your days. You can be a work in progress and have a wonderful life at the same time 🤎

Send this to someone who needs a little reminder to be gentler with themselves today 🍂
My brain can remember something embarrassing I sai My brain can remember something embarrassing I said in 2007, but sometimes needs a little help remembering all the lovely things that happened yesterday 😂

Which is why this week’s Art of the Good Life practice is all about GRATITUDE 🫶

Research suggests that regularly practicing gratitude can help improve our well-being and train our attention toward more of what’s good in our lives.

You don’t need a major life event, an incredible vacation, or something extraordinary to be grateful for. In fact, I think the ordinary stuff deserves a little more appreciation.

Here’s your five-minute happiness practice for this week:

🧡 Write down five things you’re grateful for from the previous day.

🧡 Nothing is too small. A good cup of coffee, an unexpected text, a beautiful fall morning, a moment that made you laugh.

🧡 Before moving on, spend a few seconds remembering how each one actually FELT.

I’m working through these practices as part of my own Art of the Good Life experiment, and I’d love for you to join me.

If you’re ready to do more than follow along, The Art of the Good Life is my complete 30-day experience designed to help you feel calmer, more confident, and more connected through small daily practices rooted in the Enneagram and evidence-based well-being strategies. You can start your own 30 days today through the link in my bio 🌿

Please tell me ONE thing making your life good lately in the comments. I think we could all use a comment section full of little things worth appreciating 🥹🫶

This one is a little October reminder that sometimes the thoughts following us around are the very ones we need to stop listening to.

Tell me below which one made you laugh, and which one hit a little too close to home? 🎃🧡

My first attempt at watercolor on this page and ap My first attempt at watercolor on this page and apparently I picked a HISTORIC day to debut it 💙🏈🎨

Painted a little Kentucky football doodle featuring the throwback Power K before the Cats took down LSU. Consider this my official application to paint something before every game 😹

Still learning watercolor, but combining art, football, and a little Kentucky nostalgia makes it so much more fun 😻

Go Big Blue! 💙

Follow along for more hand-drawn happiness, creative experiments, and probably a few more Wildcat doodles 😺
