This month, I posted the first 30 Day Joy Challenge on Instagram. It began on January 1st and includes a small, actionable step each day that you can do to increase your daily joy. Most of these steps can be completed in 15 minutes or less and won’t cost you anything. Little actions that bring you small amounts of joy throughout the day will add up to a more joyful life.
Additionally, after the 30 day challenge has been completed you may decide to incorporate a few of these steps into your life throughout the rest of the year. Even though the Challenge started on January 1st on Instagram, you can start it anytime you’d like. There is no magic in the first day of the year. You can start life giving habits any day you’d like.
