Overview of Type 3:
Type 3s are the Achievers or Performers. Type 3s are charming, confident, successful and achieving.
Type 3’s basic desire is to feel valued and accepted through admiration and accomplishment. They fear being worthless and failing.
Type 3s seek validation in life through accomplishments and success. They are adaptable and high energy. When they set out to achieve a goal, they will accomplish it. In addition, they are fabulous motivators and encouragers for others around them too. Type 3s have to be careful, however, to not let their drive to succeed cross into being overly competitive.
If you have trouble accepting failure or you find yourself being too preoccupied with how you appear to others, you may be a Type 3.
Levels of Development for Type 3:
Type 3s can vary greatly in their behavior, depending on their current level of development. You can also move between levels of development based on different circumstances in your life. Read more about development levels here:
