Today’s 25 Days of Halloween idea is a cute way to dress up a favor bag for Halloween. These precious Googly Eye Treat Bags were made by Positively Splendid. She made the favor bags by stitching up felt; you can see her great tutorial here. But, if you don’t have the time to get out your sewing machine, these would be cute made with paper black or other color bags, too! Simply glue on the googly eyes to the bag and tie at the top with a ribbon! Quick and simple – my favorite type of craft!
