When I have had periods when my anxiety feels overwhelming, the one thing that always helped was remembering that it wouldn't always feel that way. That struggle, those anxious feelings - they don't last forever.

Even if today is hard, it doesn't mean it will always be that way. Just keep taking that next right step. And things will be good again, sometimes sooner than you think.
