Refund and Returns Policy
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are printed once your has been placed. Orders will be printed and shipped within 7 business days.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME
Once your order has left one of our printing and shipping partners, it should arrive within 2-5 days to U.S. addresses, depending on what shipping method you choose at checkout.
International order transit times can range anywhere from 1-6 weeks.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address.
If you need to change your shipping address, please email us with your order number and the correct shipping address at deanna@mirabellecreations.com. You must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to change your address. If you order has already shipped before you contact us, we are unable to change your shipping address.
If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, a full refund or replacement order is not guaranteed.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
DAMAGED ITEMS AND REPLACEMENTS
If you received the wrong item or your order was damaged in shipping, we are happy to send you a replacement. Please reach out to us at deanna@mirabellecreations.com to get a replacement order set up! Please include a photo of the item you received and any damage to your order with your email. Unfortunately, we cannot cover replacements for items damaged or broken after delivery.
PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT OR NEVER DELIVERED
If your order has been listed as ‘pre-transit’ for 2 weeks with no tracking updates or if you don’t see the package in your mailbox 3 days after your tracking was marked as delivered, we would be happy to consider your order lost in transit and send a replacement out to you.
RETURN, EXCHANGES, AND CANCELLATIONS
We do NOT accept returns and exchanges. All of our products are printed, fulfilled, and shipped once you place your order. Since each product is created custom for you, they may not be returned.
To cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, we are unable to cancel your order.
