Bailey’s Irish Cream Marshmallows (recipe below)
In a large saucepan, whisk together sugar, dark cocoa powder, cocoa powder, salt, and water until sugar is dissolved. Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat. Stir in milk. Bring to serving temperature, without boiling. Add vanilla before serving.
Ingredients:
2 (1/4-ounce) envelopes unflavored gelatin (about 2 tablespoons)
1/2 cup Bailey’s Irish Cream
1 3/4 cups sugar
3/4 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup cool water
1/4 teaspoon salt
Approximately how many does this make? Can these be stored in a closed mason jar?
Brenda, The recipe makes approximately 16 8-ounce servings. Just like any hot cocoa, I would only store this drink in the refrigerator. In a closed container, it should keep for a couple of days in the refrigerator. Thanks for stopping by! Deanna
