Even though we know the many benefits of gratitude, we may no necessarily know how to practice it on a daily basis. I’ve started a gratitude journal multiple times, just to stop writing in it after a few days. Each of can benefit from gratitude, but only if we find a way to truly practice it in a way that is helpful and beneficial to us. If you have struggle to find a consistent, helpful way to incorporate a gratitude practice in your life, take a look at these ideas.
