Kids gather so much candy on Halloween, that I love making a few healthy Halloween treats! At least if they eat something healthy first, I don’t feel so bad about all that candy they consume. I first saw Mummy Apples on Pinterest, of course. They would make a cute and simple snack for a school treat or for a pre-trick-or-treat party! And, if you’re hosting a Halloween Party, don’t forget to download all of our Free Halloween Printables!
Making these Mummy Apples are a snap! Wrap granny smith apples with simple gauze purchased in the first aid aisle of the grocery. Look for candy eyeballs in the baking section of the grocery. Melt a few white chocolate chips to attach the candy eyeballs and gauze to the apples. They are ready to serve!
