The Good Life Method

From overthinking and feeling stuck to calm, confidence, and connection, one small step at a time

A simple 30-day experience designed for anxious minds, with gentle, science-backed daily practices and Enneagram insight, so you can finally feel more steady, clear, and like yourself again.

Take a moment here

What if feeling calm, confident, and more like yourself didn’t require fixing everything about your life?

If your mind has been feeling a little full lately, overthinking, second-guessing, or just trying to keep up, you’re not alone.

You might be doing all the “right” things on the outside, while inside, it still feels like something is off. Like you’re always a step behind your own life. Like you’re carrying more than you’re meant to hold.

And at the same time, there’s a part of you that knows that there’s more ease, more clarity, and more connection available to you. The Method was created for that part of you

For a long time, I believed that anxiety and overwhelm were just part of who I was.

Even after checking all the boxes, career, accomplishments, doing everything I thought I was supposed to do, I still felt burned out, disconnected, and stuck in survival mode.
What changed things wasn’t one big breakthrough. It was learning how to understand my mind, how to slow down, and how to support myself with small, consistent practices that actually worked with me instead of demanding more from me. That’s what this experience is built on.

Meet Deanna

Hi, I’m Deanna!

I’m a certified Enneagram coach, illustrator, author, and the creator of the One Step Forward method. I’m also a mom, an optimist, and a loyal Enneagram Type 6, which means I understand anxiety from the inside out.

For much of my life, my mind stayed several steps ahead of the present moment. I wanted certainty before action and clarity before moving forward. Through studying the Enneagram, behavioral psychology, neuroscience, and my own lived experience, I discovered something that reshaped my life: Calm grows through practice.

Small steps regulate the body. Repetition builds confidence. Gentle structure creates steadiness. When I began applying this approach in my own life and creative work, everything shifted. I built a creative business aligned with my values, published a book, and began helping thousands of women learn how to move forward with greater confidence.

The Good Life Method grew from this work and from my belief that anxious women deserve support, community, and tools that help them live fully.

Questions You Might Be Wondering

The Good Life Method is designed around gentle progress. Life gets busy, and members move through the practices at their own pace. The goal is steady growth over time, not perfect participation. You can return to the material whenever it feels supportive.

Many members arrive with a strong foundation of knowledge. What often creates change is having a clear rhythm for applying those tools in daily life. The Method focuses on practicing supportive habits consistently so they become natural parts of how you move through your days.

Most practices inside the Method take just a few minutes each day. The structure is intentionally gentle, so it fits into real life. Many members spend about 10–15 minutes a day engaging with the practices and reflections.

No, the Method is an educational and supportive resource focused on personal growth and nervous system regulation. Many members also work with therapists and find the practices inside the Method complement that work beautifully. If you are currently seeing a therapist, this is not meant to replace that relationship.

Feeling uncertain often means you care about making thoughtful decisions. If the ideas in the 7- Day Calm Challenge resonated with you and you feel drawn to building steadiness in your life, the Method can provide a supportive place to continue that journey.

That’s completely okay. You’ll be guided to explore it along the way, and the Method is still effective even if you’re unsure.

Your Next Step

You found your way here for a reason.

Something in you is ready for a steadier way of living. A way of moving through uncertainty with more confidence, more calm, and more trust in yourself.

That kind of change rarely comes from a single insight. It grows through practice, reflection, and supportive rhythms that gently reshape how your mind and body respond to stress.

The Good Life Method was created to provide that rhythm.

Inside, you’ll find guidance and a structure designed to help you continue building the steadiness you began during the challenge. Together, we practice the small steps that create meaningful shifts over time.

If you’re ready to keep going, your next step is simple. Join us inside the Method and continue building calm, confidence, and forward momentum, one step at a time.

I would be honored to walk this next part of the journey with you.
