This Pumpkin Apple Dip is one of my favorite after school snacks. My sweet friend, Kate (who also happened to be my neighbor at our old house), gave me this delicious, creamy pumpkin dip recipe. Pumpkin, cream cheese, and marshmallow cream are combined for a sweet, fluffy dip that is perfect for apples and other fruit. Who else out there has been waiting for Fall to break out some pumpkin recipes?
I added a few gummy worms to their treat, just for fun. It seems like my kids will eat more of the healthy snacks if there is a fun treat to go along with it. Of course, you might want to put away the container of marshmallow cream before the kids get home. If not, you might find one of your kids has skewered a gummy worm and is dipping it straight into the marshmallow cream. Not that it happened at our house 😉
