School is starting back here in Kentucky in exactly 2 weeks. It seems like every year, the summers just go quicker and quicker. Although everyone here is not quite ready for the end of summer, I’m ready to get back to a more regular routine and my kids are excited to see friends that they haven’t seen as much during the summer.
Each year at the beginning of the school year, I plan some type of activity to celebrate back to school. The celebration doesn’t have to be elaborate or much, just something little to remind them to enjoy the start of the new school year.
